Serial production of aluminium gravity castings in permanent casting mold (tool) begins with tool construction. Tool are drawn in specialized software based on product's 3D model or mechanical drawings. Drawings are converted to CNC programs and tool is being constructed on modern CNC machines.
Serial aluminium gravity casting is being done by controlling technological processes in combination with certified aluminium, result in high quality casts that are ready for mechanical machining.
Mechanical machining is being done on modern CNC machines. After machining casts are pressure tested, coated, or assembled depending on customer's requirement.
80% of production are being exported to EU countries (Austria, Germany, Holland, England...) for over 30 years. That is our best reference of continuous quality of our aluminium casts and our machining services.
